Bilingual MedSpa Patient Sales Coordinator Location : Rancho Cucamonga, CA Hours : Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Position Overview We are seeking a motivated, dynamic, sales driven, and detail-oriented, Patient Coordinator who is fluent in written and verbal Spanish to join our MedSpa team. This position combines sales, patient care, and administrative support. As a key member of our team, the Patient Coordinator will be responsible for managing patient relationships, scheduling consultations, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales of both surgical and non-surgical treatments. Key Responsibilities * Patient Coordination : Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing MedSpa patients, ensuring they feel welcomed, informed, and cared for throughout their experience. Working with dozens or hundreds of patient charts per day is expected. * Sales and Consultation Conversion : Actively promote and educate patients on MedSpa services, including injectables (toxins and fillers), skincare treatments, and other non-surgical options. Drive sales and conversion from consultation to procedure. * Consultation Scheduling : Coordinate phone and in-person consultations for MedSpa services, ensuring that patients are scheduled promptly and efficiently. * Patient Education : Provide detailed information about available services, treatment options, and expected outcomes to prospective patients. * Financial Coordination : Discuss costs and payment options for services, and assist patients with financial transactions related to their treatments. * Follow-Up & Retention: Maintain regular follow-up with patients post-consultation to encourage repeat treatments, answer additional questions, and ensure patient satisfaction. * Administrative Support : Answer phone inquiries, schedule appointments, update and maintain patient records, and ensure the office runs smoothly. * Customer Service Excellence : Ensure a positive patient experience by providing outstanding customer service, addressing concerns, and offering guidance throughout their treatment journey. * Sales Goals : Meet or exceed monthly sales goals for MedSpa services by driving patient interest, consultations, and bookings. Qualifications * Experience : * Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer service or sales, with a focus in MedSpa, cosmetic surgery, or skincare preferred. * Previous experience with injectables (toxins & fillers), skincare treatments , and MedSpa services is highly desired. * Strong track record of achieving sales goals and driving business growth. * Skills : * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in both English and Spanish. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize. * Proficiency in EMR (electronic medical records), Microsoft Office (Word & Excel). * Sales-driven and results-oriented, with a passion for meeting and exceeding goals. * Professionalism : * Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with patients and team members. * Must be confident, polished, and maintain a professional appearance. * Strong ability to manage confidential information with discretion. * Positive attitude, zero drama, consistent timeliness, and a passion for task completion all required. * Education : Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
