Revival Restoration is seeking a highly-motivated Roofing Sales professional to join our growing team. Job Overview As a Roofing Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating your own leads mainly through neighborhood prospecting. You will be working directly with the homeowners' insurance carrier to build a strong case to get them approved for a full roof/siding replacement. Pay: 10% gross on all collected checks or profit sharing up to 50% of net profit blus monthly and quarterly bonuses Responsibilities * Represent Revival Restoration professionally by increasing brand awareness and becoming an expert on our industry. * Inspect property for hail damage, must be able to climb a ladder 10-15 ft to the roof, or gain a commercial drone license if you are not comfortable with heights. * File insurance claim upon homeowners' behalf. * Arrange and attend insurance adjuster inspection. * Prepare home before the inspection by using chalk to highlight all storm damage, to make the best case. * Record keep on all client info, such as estimates, insurance information, and personal client information. * Prepare contract and collect payment upon the approval of work. * Uphold superior customer service by having weekly/biweekly conversations with clients to keep them updated on project timeline. * Attend installations and take before/after photos, and obtain positive google reviews.
