As a Retail Sales Representative , you'll play a critical role in helping homeowners protect their most valuable asset: their home. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing warm leads, guiding customers through the sales process, and building trust with potential clients. We offer comprehensive training to ensure you have all the tools necessary for success, even if you have no prior roofing experience. This role provides significant upward mobility and a chance to earn uncapped commissions based on your performance.
