Responsible for working with management to identify and implement varied projects, programs and plans that support achievement of business unit and enterprise goals. * Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: * Identifies potential issues, project charge, and scope. * Leads efforts to identify best practices. * Identifies impacted parties, business partners, and resources required. * Develops and designs processes and systems that support business needs. * Designs methods for integrating function and process. * Conducts cost/benefit analyses. * Builds support for business change throughout the business unit. * Requirements* : * Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 5 years process or project related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. * Experience in successfully developing and managing projects with fairly significant operating budget and knowledge of process redesign is strongly preferred. * Leadership Abilities: Inspire and guide team members towards achieving project goals. * Job Type:* Possible contract to hire opportunity * Additional details: * Technical skills * Ability to work with spread sheets and edit reports. * SharePoint experience * Clinical knowledge * Preferably insurance knowledge * Work Schedule: * Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm * Candidates work in office 1-2 days/week. * Candidates must reside within 50 miles or 1-hour commute each way of a relevant Elevance Health PulsePoint location. Elevance Health operates in a Hybrid Workforce Strategy. Unless specified as primarily virtual by the hiring manager, contractors are required to work at an Elevance Health location at least once per week, and potentially several times per week. Specific requirements and expectations for time onsite will be discussed as part of the hiring process.
