Job Title: Outbound Call Sales Representative Company Overview: We are a medical device manufacturing company that has been in business for 30 years. We are currently seeking an experienced Outbound Call Sales Representative to join our dynamic Sales Team. Position Overview: The Outbound Call Sales Representative should be highly motivated and results- driven. This role is pivotal in driving business growth by proactively reaching out to potential customers, nurturing leads, and closing sales. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing them to our ergonomic furniture solutions and value proposition. * Identify customer needs, answer inquiries, and provide tailored recommendations to generate interest in our products. * Qualify leads and schedule appointments or demonstrations for senior sales representatives. * Maintain detailed records of interactions, sales progress, and follow-ups in the CRM system. * Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and call quotas. * Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead-generation strategies and ensure campaign success. * Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and competitors to provide accurate information to customers. * Handle objections professionally and work towards converting prospects into loyal customers. Qualifications: * Experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar role (preferably in manufacturing or ergonomic furniture) with a proven track record of success. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially over the phone and through email. * Strong ability to persuade and influence decision-makers. * Proficient in CRM software, such as Sales Logix, and Microsoft Office Suite. * Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team. * High level of energy, enthusiasm, and resilience.
