Job description Royal Pools and Spas is presently seeking positive and organized individuals for Our New Hampton, NY Store. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about providing great customer service. This sales position requires weekends and some holidays. Duties and Responsibilities for Cashier/Retail position include the following. Other duties may be assigned. - Greeting customers in an energetic, courteous manner. - Ability to answer phones, take messages, and direct calls to correct destinations. - Basic cash register, calculator and computer knowledge - Ability to learn about all of our products and communicate the information to customers. - Basic clerical duties. - Stocking retail store shelves and assisting customers with products to their car (able to lift 50lbs). - Basic cleaning of facilities and products on display. - Perform assigned duties and responsibilities within a given time frame. - Must be able to sell products. Summary As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales in our retail environment. Your core skills in stocking, cash handling, and basic math will support daily operations, while your proficiency with cash registers will ensure smooth transactions. You will also utilize your communication skills to engage with customers effectively. With premium skills in merchandising and product demonstrations, you will enhance the shopping experience, helping customers find the right products.
