Job Description The External Acquisition Agent Program is designed for capitalized entrepreneurs seeking an opportunity to acquire their own Farmers agency. This Acquisition Agent Program may also offer up to a 36-month bonus opportunity. We are seeking professionals to become a Farmers Insurance agent in the Bay Area. We understand that it takes time to build a small business and be able to develop the necessary skills and understanding, to excel in the insurance industry. We provide our Farmers Insurance agents with ongoing training and support on their entire journey. Insurance Licensing: Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses are required, before full-time agent appointment. If you are not licensed, we will help you get your licenses, Cost-free! Two separate books of business for sale: 1. Annual Salary: $75,000-$85,000 before any new business sales Cost of Book: Negotiable 2.
