Our mission centers on wellness, safety, and providing a joyful experience for dogs and their families. About Legendary Dogs: We are Legendary Dogs , the largest Dogtopia franchisee in North America. Our support office is based in Atlanta, GA, and we currently operate locations in OR, CA, NV, AL, and IN, with aggressive growth into 9 additional states. Our goal is to operate 75 Dogtopia centers in the coming years. What You 'll Do: As a Sales Leader, you'll play a critical role in growing our daycare and wellness business. You'll help pet parents discover the Dogtopia experience through outreach, education, and relationship-building. This role combines customer engagement, consultative sales, local marketing, and lead generation -- all while ensuring each pet parent and pup receives the Most Exciting Day Ever. Your day-to-day will include: * Calling and connecting with new and existing pet parents * Converting leads into scheduled meet & greets and enrollments * Promoting weekly and monthly daycare and wellness plans * Creating and posting content on social media * Organizing and running local events * Collaborating with your team to provide an exceptional customer experience * Achieving sales targets and tracking performance metrics * Living and breathing the Dogtopia-isms and delivering our Noble Cause every day What We 're Looking For: You might be a great fit if you: * Love dogs and love working with people * Have strong communication skills and a passion for customer engagement * Are experienced in sales, customer service, retail, or fitness and wellness * Are a natural relationship-builder and thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment * Are highly motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by results * Enjoy creating memorable experiences for customers and their pups Qualifications: * Prior experience in sales, service, or marketing preferred * Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads * Strong social media and digital communication skills * Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities * Positive, energetic, and team-oriented * Able to lift up to 20 lbs and be on your feet for most of your shift * Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Our Dogtopia Rules: * We LOVE life like a dog * We STAY loyal to our pack * We CHASE the highest safety standards * We PLAY to our fullest potential * We TREAT every day like it's the Most Exciting Day Ever!
