Sales Executive (RCM) Southlake, TX (Onsite) Full Time Role Candidate MUST have OFFSHORE RCM SALES EXPERIENCE and be onsite in Southlake, TX Qualifications * Demonstrated experience in healthcare RCM sales (At least two years) * Knowledge of revenue cycle management and prior authorization processes * Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement and billing * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred but not required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday Experience: * Sales Executive: 6 years (Required) * Healthcare RCM: 2 years (Preferred) * offshore sales: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
