Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Used Car Manager to oversee our used vehicle inventory and sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, inventory management, and exceptional organizational skills. As the Used Car Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing the sales pipeline, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective negotiation and relationship-building strategies. Duties * Manage the daily operations of the used car department, ensuring optimal inventory levels and product presentation. * Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. * Supervise and train sales staff on best practices in customer engagement, sales techniques, and product knowledge. * Oversee the negotiation process with customers to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Utilize software tools to track inventory levels, manage sales pipelines, and analyze performance metrics. * Conduct cold calling to generate leads and expand the customer base. * Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and enhance the overall customer experience. Experience * Proven experience in automotive sales management or a similar role is required. * Strong background in inventory management with a focus on optimizing stock levels. * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Proficiency in using sales management software and tools. * Experience in outside sales is preferred; familiarity with cold calling techniques is a plus. * Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as this can enhance communication with diverse clientele. * Strong negotiation skills are essential for closing deals effectively.
