Omni is seeking a Medical Sales Administrator to elevate our ability to tend to the needs of our customers and the Veterans we service. They will help to establish more connections with healthcare providers so that our innovative urinary continence management system can be made available to more patients in need. The Medical Sales Administrator will assist with all customer service needs and help to spearhead business development with the VA. How you will contribute to improving the lives of Service members, Veterans, and other patients: * Answer incoming phone calls and direct their calls as needed. * Process and manage orders for medical supplies and equipment needed by The Department of Veteran Affairs. * Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation for deliveries and returns. * Serve as the point of contact and maintain a positive relationship between the company and VA hospitals or clinics. * Understand the specific medical needs of veterans and communicate those to the team. * Coordinating in-service training with the VA and the Omni Sales Team to ensure Veterans are getting the education they need on the product. * Ensure all products and orders follow VA rules and regulations. * Verify product quality to meet VA standards. * Answer all customer service phone calls (with a focus on the VA and Veteran patients). * Address any issues or concerns from distributors and VA facilities regarding products. * Assist VA patients in troubleshooting their devices and address their needs or concerns. * Provide training and support to VA staff and Veterans on using products correctly. * Assist the sales team with orders and contract details. * Generate reports on sales and inventory to keep accurate records. * Work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products. * Help manage contracts between the company and the VA. * Support and collaborate with Omni's Admin Team and Sales Team. * Bring a team-oriented, positive, and problem-solving attitude to your work each day. * Take on additional tasks as directed by management to support the company as a whole and contribute to the team effort. Preferred Qualifications we are seeking: * High School Diploma or equivalent. (Required) * College degree in a relevant area of study or equivalent level of experience in a similar role. * High proficiency in computer and software use, specifically Microsoft Office Suite, Quickbooks, and [please apply online] * Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in both oral and written form. * Experience in Customer Service. * Experience working in an administrative role. * Capacity to easily adapt to changing priorities and timelines. * Ability to think analytically, be detail-oriented, and multi-task without sacrificing accuracy or timeliness. * Ability to be organized, flexible, and consistently productive. * Ability to collaborate and prioritize in a multi-demand environment. * Strong Team builder; Self-Starter, Problem Solver, Trustworthy. Above and Beyond Qualifications that stand out: * 5 or more years working in an office administration or customer service role. * Experience working for a high-conformance manufacturing company (medical, aerospace, mil-spec, etc.) * Experience working with The Department of Veteran Affairs or a healthcare field. * Certification in Conflict Resolution.
