Job description MedGyn Products is a rapidly growing medical device manufacturer and distributor and is seeking an International Sales Manager for the Central America region. We are seeking highly motivated candidates with excellent sales and communication skills (Spanish speaking is required), as well as established qualifications and a proven track record of success. The International Sales Manager will report directly to the VP of Global Sales and will establish and manage a network of international distributors selling to the obstetrician/gynecology market in their designated territories. Responsibilities: * Pursue different channels to identify new distributors to develop a partnership * Negotiate distributor agreements * Manage country registration requirements * Lead territory business including sales, distribution, collections, and superior customer service * Participate in international tradeshows and conferences to identify new and retain existing distributors * Share best practices with international sales team to instill a collaborative team environment Requirements: * Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2+ years of outstanding international sales experience * Spanish language required * Able to travel internationally - Extensive travel is required! * Superior communication skills * Previous experience working with export documentation * Experience in the medical device industry (optional) * Ability to communicate in a second language a plus! Compensation: The starting salary will be commensurate with experience and education level. It will include a base salary PLUS a commission package.
