Real Estate Apprentice - Trained by the CEO/Broker | Leadership Track | Full-Time Commitment: Full-Time (Includes Weekends) Compensation: Commission ONLY. What This Role Offers: This is more than a job--it's an immersive apprenticeship where you'll work side-by-side with the CEO and Broker of the company. You'll be trained across all real estate verticals, including: * Apartment Locating - Learn how to connect renters with their perfect space. * Residential Sales & Leasing - Master listing, showing, and closing techniques. * Commercial Real Estate - Gain exposure to investment and business property deals. You'll participate in real deals, client tours, negotiations, and strategic business development initiatives--all while being groomed for leadership. From day one, you'll be contributing, learning, and positioning yourself to lead a team of agents. We're Looking for: A highly motivated self-starter who takes initiative, solves problems, and thrives in an entrepreneurial setting. Someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do--because they're already one step ahead. This role is tailor-made for individuals who see themselves not just as agents, but as future leaders in the real estate world. You must be: * Full-time available (including weekends and evenings as needed). * Willing and able to conduct property tours and meet clients in person. * Comfortable with a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. * Eager to learn and apply feedback quickly. * Long-term minded--you want to grow with the company and build something meaningful.
