You will have the opportunity to be the first point of contact for our customers. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining positive customer relationships and keeping current on company products, sales procedures, and market conditions. Key Relationships: You will report directly to the Operations and Inside Sales Manager. You will be a key team member on our Inside Sales Mouldings team. Location: This position is based in Chino, California. At a high-level, you will: * Answer customer phone calls and questions and enter orders * Develop and maintain positive customer relationships * Provide price quoting to customers and coordinate with onsite production department to facilitate the movement of sale through to production * Maintain and keep current detailed records, reports, and customer data * Effectively represent Metrie EL & EL's interests when dealing with customers, the community, team members, and suppliers Who You Are You are an ideal candidate if you: * Are comfortable being on the phone with customers * Have strong written and verbal communication skills * Have prior experience in customer service * Have experience with Ponderosa (preferred) * Are familiar with mouldings, the building industry, and construction practices (preferred) Come work with us! In adherence to the principle of pay transparency, we are pleased to disclose the base pay for this full-time position at Metrie. The base pay for this role is starting at $22.00 per hour. The specific base pay within the range will be contingent upon an individual's skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Furthermore, it is essential to highlight that our remuneration ranges are established based on the role, level, and location.
