Compensation: $92,500 - $189,400 yearly Responsibilities: * Develop leads in the Bedford, New Hampshire area to engage with potential clients. * Engage in training sessions focused on enhancing real estate knowledge and skills. * Continuously follow up on leads until appointments are scheduled with a listing or buyer's agent. * Maintain consistent communication with homebuyers through phone calls and emails to nurture relationships and ensure brand recognition. * Create monthly and quarterly sales reports to track team progress towards company goals. * Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and efficiently convert them into new clients. * Utilize a CRM system to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information for agents. * Schedule and conduct appointments efficiently and effectively.
