Full description of the position

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail sales team as a Retail Team Member. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and promoting our products to customers. Responsibilities: * Greet customers and provide them with product information and assistance * Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently * Maintain an organized and clean sales floor * Assist with merchandising and restocking inventory * Meet and exceed sales targets and goals * Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business #teamwork * Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and product trends Requirements: * Prior retail sales experience preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Excellent customer service skills #socialbutterfly * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively * Flexibility to work weekends and holidays * Familiarity with point-of-sale systems * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
