About the Sales Associate Role: Our Sales Associate role is an entry level position interacting with customers on a daily basis. Our Retail Sales Associates greet each of our customers in a friendly manner, answer any customer questions and most importantly present products and services to our customers. Our Sales Associates uses current marketing campaigns to influence buyers' choices, provides quality customer service, and helps to maintain a welcoming environment. Prior sales and retail experience is not required. We are looking for personable candidates who are looking to put their people skills to good use. Position qualifications: * A good communicator with the ability to effectively interact with customers and your team to meet goals * A customer-focused service provider both on and off the sales floor to help deliver an exceptional experience for our customers * Passionate about retail and thrive in a fast-paced environment * Ability to enter customer information into our POS system * Comfortable standing for the majority of the working shift * Must be able to lift and stock inventory * Positive attitude and a professional demeanor * Candidates must have United States work authorization * Must be able to commute to our location in Dallas, TX Responsibilities: * Thorough collaboration with your leadership team, you'll deliver a positive customer experience * Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment * Promote loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs * Seek out and engage with customers to drive sales and service using suggestive selling * Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise * Stock merchandise by looking for empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies * Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time Our entry level positions are ideal for candidates who want to get started with a rewarding career.
