Pevco is the largest U.S.-owned manufacturer of hospital pneumatic tube systems. Our systems are used over a million times a day to deliver specimens, drugs and blood products. Summary of Position: The Regional Sales Manager generates sales of pneumatic tube transport systems focusing on hospitals, their contractors and architects in an assigned territory. This position is based in Corona, CA, travel will be to assigned territory. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Identify and pursue opportunities in an assigned territory, consisting of the US Northwest region * Work closely with existing and prospective customers to apply solution based products to meet their specific needs * Conduct market research for lead generation creating new opportunities * Collaborate with Engineering, Customer Service and Project Management teams to foster efficient project execution and optimal customer outcomes * Prepare cost estimates and proposals timely and accurately * Update and maintain accurate customer records and projected sales forecasts * Maintain customer relationships to insure customer satisfaction and to develop future opportunities including service and support plans * Participation/support of regional and national trade shows and conferences Skills and Abilities Required: * Knowledge of sales techniques and processes * Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction documents * Organizational knowledge of hospitals and the hospital market * Proficiency with MS Office Suite and CRM systems * Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and organizational skills * Strong customer service orientation * Ability to thrive in a team environment * Willingness to travel (approx. 50%) Education and Experience Required: * Bachelor's Degree * 4 successful years in consultative and/or strategic selling processes in the health care industry Compensation and Benefits : * Generous incentive compensation plan * Paid Time Off / Holidays * Health, dental and vision insurance * Company paid short-term and long-term disability * Company paid life insurance * Matching 401(k) plan * Tuition Reimbursement * Voluntary coverage options Pevco is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
