Inside Sales Associate (ISA) - Real Estate We are seeking a highly motivated, outgoing, and goal-driven Inside Sales Associate to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving revenue growth, supporting both our internal team and our valued clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating both buyer and seller leads, prospecting potential clients, and adding qualified opportunities to the sales funnel. Compensation: $17 per hour + bonuses Responsibilities: * Identify and prospect potential clients * Communicate with prospects via multiple channels to convert them into qualified leads and move them through the sales pipeline * Qualify and nurture leads through consistent follow-up and personalized engagement * Maintain and update the customer database to ensure accurate and current information on prospective and existing clients * Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and support the conversion process * Track and report sales metrics to measure progress and identify improvement areas * Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance benchmarks * Stay up to date on industry trends, product updates, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge Qualifications: * Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills * Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases * 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role * High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal and time management abilities * Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment while also achieving independent success * Solid understanding of the sales process, with a quick learning ability and a creative, solution-oriented mindset * Superior customer service skills About Company Marc Austin Properties has proudly ranked as a Top 10 Team by the Richmond Association of Realtors every year since 2004.
