Your Role & Responsibilities * Develop and execute organizational change management strategies for SAP S/4HANA deployments. * Design and deliver stakeholder engagement, communications, and training plans that drive adoption and minimize resistance. * Assess organizational readiness and perform impact analyses to inform change plans. * Collaborate closely with project managers, business leads, and technical teams to align change initiatives with project milestones. * Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and feedback sessions to refine change strategies based on stakeholder needs. * Track and report change management activities, success metrics, and lessons learned for continuous improvement. Skills & Experience You Should Possess * 5+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) withat least 2 successful Change Management on SAP S/4HANA projects. * Strong expertise in developing change management, communication, and training strategies for ERP transformations. * Proven ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels, from end-users to executive sponsors. * Exceptional communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills. * Experience using change management methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Model, or equivalent frameworks. Bonus Points If You Have: * Prosci, ACMP, or comparable change management certification. * Experience with change management tools like WalkMe, Whatfix, or SAP Enable Now. * Familiarity with agile project environments or hybrid project methodologies. Education & Certifications You Need: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). * Prosci Certification (preferred but not required).
