The ideal candidate has previous retail sales experience and communicates clearly and effectively with customers and coworkers. Our Retail Sales Associates are also responsible for advising on product selections, completing stockroom inventory, and maintaining store cleanliness. Responsibilities: * Engage with customers in the showroom and warehouse area and assist with making the best selections for their projects * Manage transactions with customers accurately and efficiently * Collect payments, issue refunds, and schedule delivery orders * Provide professional advice and answer customer questions Successful Candidates Will Have: * A passion for customer service and the home improvement industry * A high school diploma or GED * Previous customer facing sales experience * Proficiency with basic computer skills We appreciate your interest in exploring career opportunities with LAS Hardwoods and look forward to learning more about you.
