Overview ACP is seeking qualified applicants for a full-time position as inside sales and customer support services. The position requires applicants to be able to perform the following general customer service tasks while taking direction from outside sales and senior management responsible for growing commercial roofing product sales in the State of Indiana. General Office Duties: Answer incoming calls as part of the internal Sales team. General filing duties Sales Quotes Assisting Outside Sales Staff Order office supplies Maintaining and updating Price Sheets for all products. Keep records of all customer communication and sales history. Efficient with all Online Portales: CRM, Sales Rep Toolbox, and third-party Sales solicitation and tracking systems. Examples include: [please apply online] Dodge and SAP. Entering jobs into the current CRM and Order Entry system. Submitting sales quotes and managing communication related to sales quotes, orders, acknowledgements, PO's, credits and change orders. Search the local Plan rooms for projects, compile data, establish pricing with outside sales team and quote projects, follow up on the quoted projects Research and participate with online training to gain a working knowledge of products, commercial roofing acumen, construction specifications and a general understanding of commercial roofing products and services.
