Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and driving sales through effective upselling techniques. This position requires strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced women's boutique. Duties * Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. * Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding products and services. * Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system. * Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed effectively. * Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales. * Assist in supervising junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed. * Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management. * Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service. Qualifications * Previous experience in retail sales is preferred. * Familiarity with retail math concepts is a plus. * Proficiency in using POS systems for transaction processing. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members. * A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
