Duties * Engage customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and preferences. * Utilize effective public speaking skills to present product features and benefits clearly. * Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, follow-ups, and closing deals. * Conduct inventory management to ensure product availability aligns with customer demand. * Employ upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction. * Provide sales support by assisting customers with inquiries and resolving any issues that arise during the purchasing process. * Maintain an organized workspace and adhere to dealership policies regarding customer interactions.
