We are currently looking for growth-minded professionals, who are wanting a start in the Sales and Marketing industry. Sales is a valuable skill that an individual can take anywhere they go. We are excited to announce our most recent expansion right here in Evansville, Indiana. Therefore, we are currently offering the opportunity to join our company with little to no experience required. If you have good communication skills, driven work ethic, and are competitive, his is the company you're looking for. Minimal experience is needed (as long as work ethic is there) & paid training provided. Responsibilities include: * Learning our communication, sales material, & office structure * Daily training to become a liaison between sales and clients * Attend daily training clinics on quality assurance, quality control of the sales process, professional development, and mastering communication techniques * Weekly goal setting and personalized coaching from leadership daily * Tracking sales and retention through SalesForce * Daily feedback and reminder calls to customers to ensure high retention and build professional relationships with customers Candidate Qualities: * Stick-to-itiveness: Perseverance and the ability to take challenges as a chance to learn and get better. * Teamwork: Culture is key in our company.
