Salary: $24000.00 - $293000.00 per year * Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission Career Growth Opportunities Hands on Training Flexible Schedule Paid Time Off (PTO) Mon-Fri Schedule * Responsibilities* * Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. * Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program. * Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring. * Return all phone messages promptly. * Maintain knowledge of new products and services. * Be outstanding at relationship building. * Develop and maintain client relationships. * Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management. * Work independently * Attend training and continuing education courses. Requirements * Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. * Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency. * A Life & Health Insurance license is required. * Live within 25 miles of the Fort Worth Texas * Be a fantastic presenter. * Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. * Confident, self-starter who works well independently. * Prior Sales Experience. * Must be highly self-motivated. * Professional phone etiquette. * Career minded vision. * Problem-Solving Capabilities. * Prior Medicare experience required. * Driven and goal-oriented individual.
