Now hiring a Red Bull Pre- Sell Sales Representative to join our team in Lewiston. Red Bull Driver-Sell Job Details: * Start your day at a large format account in the Spokane/CDA area * Safety operate your personal vehicle on dedicated route * Driver to on and off premise accounts on your pre-determined route * Identify and execute opportunities for promoting market penetration of new Red Bull product lines * Merchandise Red Bull beverages * Sell and build displays * Spends 90% or more of the time outside the office in route and sales calls * Reconcile and balance accounts at the end of your day * Monday - Friday * $55 - 60k average with base and commission The Qualified Candidate: * You are competitive and like to work at a fast pace * Preferred knowledge of distribution industry, outside sales experience preferred * You are detail oriented and efficiently organized * Can work well individually or in a team environment * Able to meet monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) focused on: sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and other merchandising components * Able to take constructive feedback and willing to provide top notch customer service in accounts * Can do/will do attitude * Able to maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image to the public * Reliable form of transportation- will receive mileage reimbursement * Able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 60 pounds * Must have an Acceptable Motor Vehicle record * Pre-employment drug testing and background check required Benefits: * Free product every month: beer, wine, Red Bull, Non-alcoholic beverages * Discount on Hayden's products * Company paid life insurance and STD * Paid holidays and PTO packages * Referral bonuses * 401(k) with Match * 529 Education Savings Plan with match (up to $4k) * Gym membership reimbursement * Employee Assistance Program (EAP) * Perks at Work Discount Program * Safe Ride Home Program Work Environment - About Hayden: Hayden Beverage Co. is a rapidly growing beverage distribution company headquartered in Boise, ID, with 600+ employees in Idaho, Eastern Washington and Montana.
