Job Title: Sales-Design Specialist Company: Kitchen Kraft Location: Columbus, Ohio Position Type: Full Time Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Sales-Design Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent design skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients. As a Sales-Design Specialist, you will be responsible for generating leads, developing design concepts, and closing sales. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine sales and design expertise to drive business growth and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: * Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. * Understand client needs and develop customized design solutions that meet their requirements. * Collaborate with clients to gather design specifications, preferences, and budget constraints. * Create visually appealing design proposals, including 2D and 3D renderings, floor plans, and product specifications. * Present design concepts to clients, addressing their questions and concerns. * Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close sales deals. * Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless execution and delivery of design projects. * Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors to provide clients with the latest design options. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process and beyond. Qualifications: * Proven experience in sales, preferably in the design industry. * Strong design skills and proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Chief Architect, 2020 etc.). * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with clients and understand their needs. * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong negotiation and closing skills. * Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Knowledge of current design trends and materials. * A passion for sales, design, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Education and Experience: * High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. * Previous experience in sales and design roles is highly desirable.
