Responsibilities * Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring a seamless transaction process. * Conduct market research to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information on property values and trends. * Develop and maintain a network of contacts, including mortgage lenders, appraisers, and inspectors, to facilitate client needs. * Prepare and present purchase offers to sellers and negotiate on behalf of clients to secure favorable terms. * Guide clients through the entire real estate process, from property search to closing, ensuring all legal and financial requirements are met. * Utilize marketing strategies and tools to promote listings and attract potential buyers. * Stay informed about changes in real estate laws and regulations to provide clients with expert advice and guidance.
