Sales Manager - HVAC Solutions Location: Richmond, VA Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 basic | $200,000 OTE Full-time | Permanent Are you a high-performing sales leader ready to drive growth in a fast-paced, technical environment? We're hiring a Sales Manager to lead a dynamic team delivering innovative HVAC and building automation solutions across the Richmond area and beyond. About the Role: You'll be responsible for leading, mentoring, and growing a team of experienced sales professionals, with a focus on driving new business, developing key relationships, and expanding our market presence in the commercial HVAC and building technologies space.
