Sales Associate: Our ideal candidate is a dynamic individual who is sales goal oriented with passion for helping others reach their goals. Must have high energy and a burning desire for overall wellness and recovery. The Sales Associate is responsible for performing all aspects of the services concerning our center operations, and the ability to sell and upgrade memberships to our new and existing guests. The Sales Associate is directly responsible for achieving sales goals through exceptional guest service, marketing through social media and community events. The Sales Associate will also be responsible for continuing their training and education of our products and services as well as working as a team to maintain safety protocols within the center. The Sales Associate should be action oriented, sales driven, ambitious, customer service driven, upbeat, confident, honest, detailed and goal oriented. This person will work with the Center Manager to identify and solve problems, set expectations and goals, and complete daily tasks but should also be able to assist the Manager and other team members on an individual level should they need help. This candidate shall also possess the skills necessary to perform their duties and responsibilities with minimal direct supervision. Work closely with the Center Manager to achieve sales goals daily, weekly, monthly and annually, effectively control inventory merchandise and supplies, and maintain all areas inside the center. Qualifications: * 3 years of sales experience with a high-volume service retailer or fitness center is preferred. * Ability to work a minimum of 20-25 hours per week part time on a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. * Ability to work in a dynamic upscale organization. * Exceptional time management skills, good judgment, and the ability to multi-task. * Strong customer service skills, motivated and respectful, with a demonstrated ability to be coached by management. * Well-developed interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with peers, managers and customers. * Understands strong business acumen and operations processes * Computer knowledge including, but not limited to, point-of-sale system, intranet, Microsoft office, and scheduling systems. * Be able to pass the iCRYO SPACE University Exam following initial training. * A strong understanding of the social media space, and ability to create content.
