This position will support a dealer network responsible for selling Lester's full line of commercial, equine, suburban and agricultural buildings. The role supports a region encompassing Ohio, Michigan, Indiana along with portions of Pennsylvania, New York, Tennessee and Kentucky. Primary Responsibilities: * Ability to work independently and be the primary representative within the territory. * Develop a strong working partnership with Lester's internal resources, management team and subcontractors. * Ability to partner effectively and provide assistance to dealer team members on sales opportunities. * Ability to resolve dealer issues. * Attend various trade shows where Lester participates. Qualifications * Associate or bachelor's degree in business, construction or related field is preferred. * Previous 3 years of outside sales experience within the construction and/or post-frame building experience is necessary. * Demonstrated experience showing strong attention to detail and project management. * Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. * Computer proficiency and the ability to learn Lester's pricing software. * Ability to home office within the designated territory and to travel frequently. Salary Range Annual salary of $50,000 to $100,000. This role is a base salary plus sales commission opportunity. This represents a good faith estimate of the current salary range based on the role. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary by individual qualifications including relevant job knowledge, education, skills and experience.
