If you're already in an insurance or customer service role currently and are looking for a team centered environment, we would love to hear from you! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for resolving inquiries and issues, anticipating needs, and ensuring a positive customer experience while collaborating with the Sales team in the office. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. * Provide accurate information regarding products and services. * Assist customers with changes, claims and cancellations effectively and efficiently * while maintaining a positive attitude. * Document interactions with customers in our database for future reference. * Collaborate with team members and assist sales team to improve customer service processes. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and promotions. * Uphold high standards of phone etiquette and professionalism in all communications. QUALIFICATIONS: * Must be able to commute to office and be ready for work when the doors open at 9 AM * Excellent client service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. * Ability to communicate clearly and effectively and other team members * Proficient in using customer support software and other relevant technology. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. * A positive attitude, patience, and empathy towards customers are essential traits. * Potential for higher pay if licensed About Our Agency: Our office has been building relationships locally for over 25 years.
