WHAT WE OFFER: * Health & Dental Plan * 401(k) Retirement Plan * Paid Vacations * Clear Promotion Tracks & Flexibility to Growth * Long Term Job Security * Friendly Working Environment * Responsibilities: * Manage a high-volume of inbound customer inquiries by phone, email, text, and chat * Respond to all inbound lead requests promptly * Be a liaison between customers and the sales department * Assist in implementing customer campaigns and marketing projects * Must be comfortable with computers programs and smart devices * Assist in generating reports and logs * Requirements: * Call center experience a plus * Dealership experience preferred * Automotive Sales experience a plus * Excellent phone, organizational, written, and oral skills * Ability to instantly build rapport with clients with a friendly but professional demeanor * Must have a valid driver's license * Positive Attitude * Good verbal and written communication skills * Self-motivation and self-sufficient * Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook * Drive to succeed customer expectations
