This role focuses primarily on finding solutions for homeowners who have already expressed interest and are in contact with us, while also prospecting for new opportunities. As a Home Buying Specialist, you will help homeowners navigate their options, provide fair and competitive offers, and guide them through the sales process. Key Responsibilities - Seller Solutions * Work with homeowners who are already in contact with the company to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Conduct in-depth property evaluations and determine fair offers based on the homeowner's situation, market trends, and property condition. * Build trust and rapport with sellers by listening to their concerns and addressing objections with empathy and professionalism. * Guide sellers through the sales process, ensuring they understand the next steps and feel supported. Prospecting & Lead Generation * Prospect for additional opportunities through outbound calls and follow-ups with long-term leads. * Collaborate with the marketing and lead generation teams to refine messaging and enhance prospecting efforts. * Maintain consistent outreach to ensure a steady pipeline of potential sellers. Pipeline & Process Management * Manage a pipeline of active leads, ensuring timely follow-ups, accurate documentation, and seamless transitions between stages of the sales process. * Use CRM tools to track interactions, update lead status, and analyze pipeline performance. Collaboration & Teamwork * Work closely with the Dispositions team to ensure acquired properties are handed off smoothly and efficiently. * Partner with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and conversion trends. * Share insights and strategies with the team to improve processes and maximize outcomes.
