Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Bilingual Retail Salesperson to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while effectively communicating with our diverse clientele. Your ability to speak multiple languages will enhance the shopping experience for our customers, allowing you to build strong relationships and drive sales. Duties * Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. * Communicate product features and benefits to customers in both English and another language. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and engage customers. * Process transactions accurately using the cash register, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. * Maintain a well-organized sales floor by stocking merchandise and ensuring displays are appealing. * Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall shopping experience. Requirements * Bilingual proficiency in English and at least one other language is essential. * Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships. * Experience in retail sales or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. * Familiarity with product demonstrations and selling techniques is a plus.
