Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated team player that is driven to succeed. The ideal candidate will serve our customers and fellow employees with ENTHUSIASM every day. "One rarely succeeds at anything unless they have fun doing it" Key Responsibilities: * Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences * Provide product information and demonstrate RV features * Conduct sales presentations and negotiate pricing * Build and maintain strong customer relationships * Follow up with leads and provide excellent post-sale support * Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge * Meet the minimum outbound activity requirements * Follow McClain's RV road to a sale at all times Qualifications: * Neat, clean, and professional appearance * High school diploma or higher education required * At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive or RV industry * Positive, Can-Do attitude and high level of commitment * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Enthusiasm in all things you do * Valid driver's license and bondable * Basic computer skills to review inventory, enter customer information, and follow up with customers after entered * Be able to bend, crawl, stoop, and stand for periods of time * May lift up to 25lbs and/or move up to 50lbs with assistive devices * Commitment to learning and growing with the business What We Offer: * Unlimited earning potential with uncapped commissions.
