The ideal candidate for this position will have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and have the ability to deliver the highest quality customer service from open to close. Job Responsibilities & Duties: * Develop an in-depth understanding of our entire inventory, both new & pre-owned. * Complete your daily tasks & opportunities assigned to you in our CRM. * Prospect & close potential buyers by maintaining rapport, responding to inquiries, recommending sales promotions, etc. * Qualify potential buyers by understanding the buyer's requirements and interests; matching this information to the proper vehicle and/or finance route. * Demonstrate the ability to close sales by overcoming objections, asking for the sale, etc. * Updates job knowledge by participating in continual learning/educational opportunities. * Meet with Team Leader daily to follow-up with previous leads. Qualifications & Skills: * Must be a quick learner and be self-disciplined * Previous sales experience preferred * Professional appearance & attitude * Excellent customer service & negotiation skills * Strong computer skills required * Must have a valid driver's license and have 2 years driving experience * Must be able to work flexible hours and days, including Saturdays We Offer: If you're the one, we want to speak with you now!
