Altura Stone and Tile is the one of the biggest natural stone manufacturer with our own quarries of slabs and tile in the world, and we are looking for the best Administrative Office Coordinator / Customer Service Professionals to help facilitate our continued growth! We are seeking a high energy Intuitive/Practical/Independent candidates with outstanding relationship skills and a strong motivation towards action to join our division and drive our brand. Responsibilities include: Customer Service thru telephone, fax and e-mail Reply to customer inquiries in a responsive manner. Enter orders (verbal or written purchase order) either online or by telephone Monitor orders to ensure timely fulfillment and communicate status with customers. Be responsive to customers and prioritize needs Preparing & labeling fedex/ups samples Invoicing daily purchase orders(Bookkeeping) Position Requirements: Understanding sales/sales orders, invoicing and inventory. Excellent data entry and personal computer skills. Possess polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills. Strong dependability Ability to multi-task and work under pressure with time constraints. Ability to process a high volume of work combined with excellent quality. Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and emails is a must. Ability to learn new software, including Sage 50 and database software Ability to work and communicate with diverse groups, ability to achieve results through team efforts. Experience in tile industry or customer service is a plus.
