We're built on grit, hustle, and the drive to make technology work harder for our clients. We're currently seeking a proactive, relationship-focused MSP Account Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing existing client relationships and actively prospecting for new ones. From strategic account check-ins to picking up the phone and making cold calls --you'll be on the front lines of client engagement and growth. What You'll Do: * Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of MSP clients in the Sioux Falls region * Conduct regular account reviews and strategic check-ins to assess satisfaction and uncover evolving needs * Coordinate with internal engineers and support teams to ensure timely issue resolution and project execution * Actively call on new business accounts, including cold calling and outbound phone outreach to prospective clients * Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand services within existing accounts * Lead onboarding processes for new managed service clients, ensuring a seamless experience * Maintain up-to-date client documentation, CRM entries, and service data * Monitor account health and client satisfaction metrics * Travel locally within the Sioux Falls metro area as needed to build and maintain client relationships What You Bring: * 2+ years in account management, sales, or customer success--preferably within an MSP or IT services environment * Comfortable making outbound calls, including cold calls, to develop new business opportunities * Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud services, help desk, and managed service solutions.
