Full description of the position

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven commercial sales representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years' experience in the painting industry and be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by cultivating relationships with commercial clients and promoting our painting services. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of our commercial painting business. Responsibilities: Prospecting and Lead Generation: * Identify and pursue potential commercial clients through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and networking. * Generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline. Client Relationship Management: * Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in commercial organizations. * Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' painting requirements and provide tailored solutions. Sales Presentations and Proposals: * Deliver compelling sales presentations showcasing the value and benefits of our commercial painting services. * Prepare accurate and detailed proposals, addressing client needs and expectations. Quota Achievement: * Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas each quarter. * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue opportunities. Collaboration: * Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Qualifications: * MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE PAINTING INDUSTRY! * Proven track record in commercial sales, preferably in the painting or construction industry. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clientele. * Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. * Familiarity with commercial painting techniques and products is a plus.
