DESCRIPTION Position Overview: We are seeking motivated and experienced Freelance Sales/Commercial Representatives to promote and sell our range of services in the United States. This is a contractor/freelancer role with a performance-based compensation model. You will earn attractive commissions based on the profits from the services you successfully sell. We offer a comprehensive range of services including Headhunting, Staffing, Recruitment & Selection, Project-Based Staffing for Technology & Software Development, SAP Consulting, Digital Transformation/AI, E-Commerce, Virtual Assistant & Call Center Services, Human Resources Consulting, and more. * Key Responsibilities: * Sell Acute Talent 's Services: Promote our core solutions including Headhunting, Staffing, Project-Based Staffing, and HR Consulting to businesses across various industries. * Leverage Existing Client Base: Utilize your existing network of clients to generate leads and close deals efficiently. * Close Projects Successfully: Drive the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships. * Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales goals to maximize your commission earnings. * Maintain Relationships: Build and sustain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. REQUIREMENTS Qualifications: * Experience: Minimum of 3 years in B2B sales, preferably in HR services, staffing, or related professional solutions. * Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in selling similar services with an established client portfolio. * Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Strong relationship-building and account management skills. * Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM tools and online communication platforms. * Language: Fluent in English.
