Full description of the position
Sales Coach desired with a passion to succeed in our fast paced industry! This key individual will be responsible for managing a strategic outside sales team. In this role the successful applicant will earn a lucrative sales compensation package and be responsible for the following: * Field Operations - driving sales in a geographically assigned area. * Train and assist sales team in products and services, pricing, and operational processes of Verizon Wireless & Fios Services Consumer Products * Plan, coordinate and execute sales presentations to inform and educate sales force on promotions * Strategic Objective, Complete the Bundle, Wireless & Fios * Work closely with your sales team to meet customers, coach team to always be closing. * Maintain complete and appropriate customer documentation * The ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in sales and the ability to motivate direct reports * The successful applicant must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Ability to communicate effectively internally at Drasco and externally with the client. * Reliable transportation is required * Position start: June 1, 2025 * Full time Position, Tuesday- Saturday. * Spanish skills a plus! Summary As a Regional Sales Manager for the Verizon Wireless & Fios Sales Team, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth and enhancing customer relationships in your designated area. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will leverage your core skills in negotiation and customer service while utilizing premium skills in business development and account management. Your role will involve leading outside sales efforts, managing a team, and developing strategic marketing initiatives. Proficiency in Spanish will be essential for engaging with diverse clients, ensuring a comprehensive approach to Sales and customer satisfaction.
