Essential Job Functions: * Perform customer service duties o Assist customers in finding the item they need o Resolve any issues o Initiate returns/ exchanges o Inform customers of company policies * Work with management to meet goals * Open/ close store * Display merchandise * Change price tags * Stock shelves and display cases * Receive merchandise * Ship merchandise (applicable stores only) * Maintain knowledge of sales, promotions, product information, etc. * Handle cash transactions * Meet sales quotas (to reach commission) * Event preparation and participation Physical Requirements: * Walking, Bending down, Crouching down, Standing, Lifting and or carrying boxes up to 50lbs maximum, Seeing, and Hearing. Educational Requirements: * Highschool Diploma or GED Experience Requirements: * Basic Math * Sales Experience (3+ years) * Customer Service Experience (3+ years) * Telemarketing Experience * Account Management * Communication and Conflict Resolution Skills * Basic Computer Knowledge * POS experience * Restocking * Bilingual (English / Spanish) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Language: * English (Required) * Spanish (Required) Ability to Commute: * Riverside, CA 92503 (Required) Work Location: In person
