Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and a passion for building relationships with customers. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and expanding our existing customer base. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a cutting-edge technology company and contribute to the growth and success of our organization. COMMISSION-BASED POSITION (NO CAP ON COMMISSION). Responsibilities: * Maintaining customer profiles in CRM on a weekly basis. * Self generating leads through door knocking and networking * A bonus structure is in place for exceeding the requirement and penalties are in place for failing to meet the requirement. * Setting appointments with provided leads * Conducting inspections * Take photos during the inspection (see photo list) * Bidding jobs off of the provided price sheet * Attending Adjuster Meetings * You need to make it to every adjuster meeting. If you can't make it you need to communicate that with your sales manager so someone can cover it. No exceptions * Communicating start dates/ material drop off dates with the customer * Note this communication in Nimbus * Maintaining communication with the customer throughout the install process * Conducting a final walk through with the customer after the job is completed * Take care of minor clean up issues/ roll the yard with a magnet during the final walk through * Collecting and depositing checks * Requesting reviews from customers you believe had a positive experience. * Putting up Yard Signs This position requires a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about sales and customer service.
