Regional Sales Manager Location: Dayton, Richmond, Lima, and Scioto Valley Job Type: Full-Time Department: Sales OUR MISSION We are committed to be the most trusted supplier of quality ready-mix concrete, concrete products and related services. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our regional sales team. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, mentoring team members, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets while fostering strong customer relationships and staying ahead of market trends. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Development * Recruit, train, and coach high-performing sales representatives. * Inspire and engage the team to achieve individual and regional sales goals. * Monitor performance metrics and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement. * Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and growth. Sales Strategy & Execution * Set regional sales targets and develop actionable strategies to achieve them. * Create and implement comprehensive sales plans aligned with business objectives. * Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and adjust plans proactively. * Manage sales budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources. Customer Relationship Management * Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. * Ensure exceptional customer service and address issues promptly and professionally. * Identify client needs and develop tailored solutions to support long-term partnerships. Reporting & Analytics * Analyze sales data to evaluate performance and guide decision-making. * Prepare regular reports and forecasts for senior leadership. * Use KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications & Skills: * Post High School Degree (Associate or Bachelor) Preferred * Proven experience in sales leadership, ideally in a regional or multi-location capacity. * Strong knowledge of sales techniques, market dynamics, and customer relationship management. * Excellent communication, negotiation, team building, and interpersonal skills. * Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and develop strategic insights. * Highly organized, self-motivated, and results oriented.
