Through cold calling and outreach, you'll engage prospects, build relationships, and schedule demo sessions with specialists. Keeping detailed records, you'll follow up to nurture leads effectively. A deep understanding of the InnovA software suite is essential for demonstrating new features. Working closely with sales leaders, marketing, and product development, you'll help refine strategies and enhance customer engagement. Key Roles / Responsibilities : * Prospecting: Your role involves researching and identifying target customers through various sources and qualifying leads to ensure alignment with our ideal customer profile. * Appointment Setting: You will be responsible for reaching out to potential leads, building rapport, evaluating their qualifications, and scheduling them for a demo session with our specialist. * Follow-Up: Maintain detailed records of interactions in a CRM and follow up as necessary. * Platform Knowledge: Maintain an expert level of knowledge of the InnovA software platform and be able to communicate its solutions to prospective customers. * Collaboration: Your role involves working closely with sales leaders, marketing, and product development to share insights, and ensure a cohesive approach to customer acquisition and engagement. Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications: * Two (2) or more years of sales experience is preferred, specifically with B2B cold calling. * Two (2) or more years' experience in the auction industry is preferred. * Excellent computer skills. CRM experience (Salesforce, Hubspot) is a plus. * Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). * Strong Interpersonal skills. * Tenacious Attitude, Good time management skills. * Willingness to learn, strong self-awareness. * Able to travel domestically and internationally, up to 35%. Working Conditions : * Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. * Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times. * Positions self to install equipment, including under desks. * Moves throughout the building to access files. * Must be able to comprehend and follow written and oral instructions. * Must be able to complete tasks even with frequent interruptions. * Must be able to use discretion and independent judgment as needed. * Must be able to speak clearly on the phone and to fellow workers.
