Customer Service and Inside Sales Representative Department: Sales Position Location: Office in Harrisburg, SD Salary Range: $25 - $28 DOE + Inside Sales Commission Job Summary We 're looking for a confident communicator with a passion for people. As a key member of our Sales team, the Customer Service & Inside Sales role is all about building meaningful connections. This position focuses on proactive customer engagement--not pushy sales--through phone calls, texts, email, and social media. You'll work closely with leads and customers, supporting both our sales and production teams by creating a professional, high-touch experience from first contact to follow-up. Duties & Responsibilities * Communicate with customers via phone, email, text, and social media to provide information, schedule estimates, and answer questions * Maintain CRM records and document interactions, concerns, and project details * Proactively nurture existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business * Conduct outbound outreach via calls, texts, and mailers using company-provided lead lists * Support sales and production teams with clear and timely updates * Refer complex issues to the appropriate team for resolution * Other duties as assigned Required Skills/Abilities * Strong relationship-building skills * Upselling products and services * Confident on the phone with proper etiquette * Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities * Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy * Operate standard office equipment * Self motivated and goal driven * Organized, with strong time management * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Customer Account Management A plus if you have experience in: * Google Suite * Slack * Pipedrive * Education & Experience* Previous sales experience required Physical Requirements Ability to sit for long periods Benefits * Medical, Dental, Vision, and Voluntary Term Life Insurance * Simple IRA with company match * Paid Time Off * 6 paid holidays per year hc170852
