Overview A-ROO Company LLC, a manufacturer and distributor of packaging headquartered in the Midwest, is seeking an motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to operate as a Territory Manager at our sales and distribution office in Seguin, TX. Our target markets and main clients include plant and flower growers, fresh flower bouquet makers, retail mass market chain stores, bakeries, candy companies, specialty produce, herb growers and industrial/masonry accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within your designated territory, serve our existing client base as well as finding and developing business relationships with new clients and helping us to expand into new markets by cultivating strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Primarily working out of the Seguin office on a daily basis, this position will require that you travel throughout a geographic territory and are out of the office 25-40% of the time on average. Based on experience, the annual salary is $55,000-65,000 plus a monthly commission. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of packaging sales experience and technical sales acumen, with a passion for business development and customer service. Responsibilities * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve territory goals. * Manage and grow existing client relationships while identifying new business opportunities. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our software solutions. * Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and maximize market impact. * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales tactics. * Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status. * Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products and network with potential clients. Qualifications * 3-5 years of proven experience in sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Familiarity with packaging sales processes, particularly in the conical packaging sector. * Experience in Territory Management, demonstrating the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. * Strong business development skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships. * Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, capable of delivering engaging product demos. * Ability to analyze market data and adapt strategies accordingly. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for driving results. * High degree of personal initiative * Solid time-management, multitasking and prioritization skills Join us in this exciting opportunity to make an impact in the world of packaging sales while advancing your career in a supportive environment.
