Ideal Candidate Qualities:Responsibilities: * Self-starter with the initiative to tackle challenges. * Outgoing and caring personality * Exceptional attention to detail * A natural problem solver * Comfortable with data entry tasks * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Passion for people and families, especially kids and babies * Eager to learn and serve our patients * Commitment to following proven processes * A "do whatever it takes," make-no-excuses attitude Responsibilities: * Deliver an exceptional patient experience through in-person greetings and professional interactions. * Manage patient accounts, including phone calls, check-in/out, scheduling, and processing payments. * Strong communication skills--both in-person and through digital platforms. * Manage patient care plans and schedule accordingly * Educate patients about the health and wellness benefits of regular chiropractic care (training provided) * Social media savvy--comfortable creating content, tracking analytics, and staying current with trends. * Event planning and coordination skills, including securing speaking engagements and managing logistics. * Market Research, lead generation, strategic planning, marketing execution, and generating testimonials & reviews. * Complete computer tasks, such as data entry, excel spreadsheet maintenance, manual editing, inter-office communication, Google Sheets, and recording office statistics.
